1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans and one-time purchases made through TokenForge, operated by refinancier, inc.

2. Digital Service — No Refunds

TokenForge is a digital service that provides immediate access to security scanning features upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final and non-refundable once the service has been activated or any scans have been performed.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in the following limited circumstances:

A technical issue on our end that prevented you from accessing the service entirely
Duplicate charges caused by a system error
Cases where applicable consumer protection laws require a refund

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the payment provider's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds or pro-rated credits are issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle.
