1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TokenForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

TokenForge is a remote AI coding platform that enables developers to access and control their servers via a web-based terminal interface. TokenForge supports BYOS (Bring Your Own Server) connections, where users connect their own infrastructure, as well as managed cloud environments provided by TokenForge.

3. Pricing and Billing

TokenForge offers a free tier with limited features as well as paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Details of each plan, including pricing, server limits, and included features, are available on our pricing page. Prices may be updated from time to time with advance notice to subscribers.

For users in Japan, additional details are provided on our Commercial Transactions page in compliance with the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

4. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all code and data on your servers. In BYOS mode, your code remains on your infrastructure and is never stored by TokenForge. TokenForge only relays terminal connections between your browser and your server. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TokenForge only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Use TokenForge to distribute malware or conduct cyberattacks
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' servers or data
Resell or redistribute TokenForge services without permission
Use the platform in a way that disrupts service for other users
Violate intellectual property rights

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TokenForge is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. TokenForge is not responsible for the availability or security of your connected servers.

9. Limitation of Liability

TokenForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss on your servers, downtime, or issues with third-party AI coding tools.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
